I came to you about 6 months ago after having attended a Vision board workshop. I was broken, disheartened and depressed with my life. You took me on a journey through my past and present, my battered childhood, and made me face some of my innermost fears and blockages to success in my adult life.
We started off with skype consultations and progressed to one on one sessions which I believe bore much more success that I could ever have imagined. We worked together on setting my future goals, and with your guidance and extreme patience I eventually started believing in myself again and looking forward to a successful future.
I had problems at home with my children, which you patiently helped me analyse and work through. You cried with me, and I feel like a load has been lifted off my shoulders since I commenced the life coaching sessions with you. We even worked through my denial of my grandmother and mother’s passing, which I was blocking to avoid the pain. You taught me how grieving was a necessary part of the process of losing a loved one.
I had extreme financial issues which I didn’t believe could ever be solved, and you made me write out the figure I need to feel financially free by setting a goal of where I wanted to be financially. With your support I worked up the nerve to apply for a position that became available at work, and voila!! I was afforded and interview, and to my surprise, my application was successful. The most ironic part is that the increase in salary is only about R300 off my initial target which was generous to start with. With the increase in salary I am eventually in the green again and can start focusing on other aspects of my life without the financial worry that had been strangling my mojo.
Berenice, you are an angel and I cannot thank you enough for giving me my life back and allowing me to launch myself into the next exciting phase of my life.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I will always be forever grateful for your patience, kindness, understanding, and perseverance in helping me, even when I thought myself to be a lost cause at times, you kept believing in me, and motivating me to achieve my goals.
